  2. Remember the CV "hotspots": Current/previous job title and responsibilities and education are where recruiters look first
  3. Use active, high impact language

Most common information need to be included in CV:
 

  1. Personal details and contact information
  2. An introductory statement summarizing key achievements and skills and including details of budget and headcount responsibility where relevant
  3. Work history and experience - a list of jobs in chronological order, starting with the most recent job, along with one or two sentences summarizing roles and responsibilities
  4. Bullet points to highlight details relevant to the job being applied for
  5. Education and qualifications (academic and professional where relevant)
  6. Relevant skills
  7. Personal achievements, hobbies and interests
