What are the key attributes that young graduates should look for in either internship or graduate programs?  

To start, programs that combine theoretical learning with hands-on experience. An environment that supports developing competency. For example access to learning resources and technology tools that allowing the application of data analytics skills directly to real-world projects. Programs that highlight these learning outcomes through innovation showcases and learning credentials.

Programs that demonstrate a strong purpose. It might be the purpose behind the work - the reach and impact the individuals work can have. Or how the program meets the requirements the graduate may have. An environment that provides clarity.

And lastly, great programs are not just about providing opportunities to learn new and demonstrate new skills, which are aligned to a strong purpose. They are also about shaping a generation that is ready to thrive in a digital world. An environment that provides the climate to transform lives and indirectly shaping the future of business and society. 

By empowering climate, clarity and competency, good internship and graduate programs become great internship and graduate programs.
