  2. Workplace & Application Services (Strategy; Delivery and Application Development)

  5. Finance & Business Services (Finance; Legal and Procurement)
  6. Strategic Corporate Services (Communications & Marketing / Corporate Communications; Culture & Capability; Learning & Development; Human Resources; Payroll and Talent Acquisition)

We undertake a lot of planning to facilitate our Graduates rotation preferences and as you may have heard from our Graduates in the video, we do this very well. It is however appropriate to state that even with our best endeavours it’s not always possible to align each request for every Graduate to the timing of openings across the various business teams and functions. But we can promise you that we will try our best.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must have completed a degree by no earlier than December 2020 and be either an Australian Citizen or the holder of permanent work rights without restrictions. Your undergraduate degree would need to be in IT or business-related fields of study.

The Assessment Process

Our assessment process is both fair and thorough at Cenitex and we also utilise the very best technology and partner with reputable service providers to assist us. Video Introductions, Video Interviews, fun game-style Psychometric Testing and Background Checks are part of our Assessment and Selection process for selected candidates. A fun and engaging Virtual Assessment Centre is also planned for early September for shortlisted applicants.

All successful candidates will be offered a starting salary of approximately $63,000 base salary plus superannuation. Starting salaries are not negotiable but 2nd year progression is on offer as well as further steep increases in earnings as Graduates are able to be successful in securing other higher-grade roles following their time on the program.

In the past 5 years, all Graduates who have wanted to continue their employment at Cenitex have been successful in securing other positions within the business. This is a testament to the challenging and rewarding work that they get to deliver; the quality mentoring and leadership they receive and the diverse & inclusive culture and wide-ranging development opportunities that they are continuously exposed to.

Applications close on 1st May 2024 but please don’t wait until then. Apply now as we have an agile and fast-moving recruitment process. Successful applicants will be offered positions as early as late-May / June 2024.

Contracts and Pre-boarding

Selected candidates will be able to easily sign their contracts electronically and return required information simply through our expert onboarding software. You will then find yourself on our Graduate Welcome Journey which will provide you with helpful and interesting information via a professional onboarding process specifically designed to prepare Graduates for their start with Cenitex.

During this time, you will also be introduced to your fellow selected Graduates so you can start sharing your experiences and building relationships which we hope may last a lifetime. A couple of informal in-person catches-ups are planned (health protocols permitting) for you to get to know your fellow Grad group and meet with a few key Cenitex people prior to your start in mid-February 2024. “Did somebody say Coffee!?”
