The Adidas Management Trainee Program is a 24-month experience designed to provide recent university graduates the platform to grow and develop valuable professional skills and business acumen while positioning themselves within their future talent pipeline for commercial functions.

This will be an exciting opportunity for individuals with an international mindset, who have a strong passion for sports and hold a university degree and/or up to 24 months of working experience. The program will provide an opportunity to work one rotation in a location outside of Australia (border restrictions dependant), within the APAC region; mobility will be crucial. Confidence, collaboration, and creativity are the make-up of their DNA. You’ll need to be proficient in English, a leader, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Honing a keen sense of business acumen with excellent critical thinking and analytical skillsets showcasing proactiveness, and adaptability in driving results.
