The Opportunity

Adobe is hiring interns to join our team in 2023! You will join the fast-paced excitement of Adobe’s ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) business, within the Enterprise marketing team where Adobe’s full product suite of Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Marketing cloud enable large enterprises to deliver digital experiences that are transforming the world.

The marketing team is responsible for communicating how Adobe can help customers and prospects across the ANZ region and leads the strategies on how and when we should be engaging with businesses to enable them to deliver world-changing digital experiences.

You will need to pick up things quickly, as you’re likely to be involved in challenging projects from day one, whether that be developing marketing plans or using the data and analytics to provide strategic and operational support.

What you'll do

  • Work with the pan ANZ Marketing and Sales teams to help support the build and delivery of marketing plans
  • Support the team in the management of multiple budgets from planning through to execution and reporting
  • Understand the customer journey for different users and use this throughout your daily working day
  • Working in collaboration with other regions (AMER, Japan & APAC) and teams drive marketing excellence.
  • Work on specific projects end to end in order to deliver business outcomes

What you need to succeed

  • Be enrolled and graduate in 2023 from your academic studies in marketing, communications, business or related fields
  • Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week for six months (Apr-Oct 2023)
  • Your passion, drive and intellectual curiosity are the most important characteristic we will be looking for.
  • A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Strong software skills, ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint crucial
  • Proficient English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation skills
  • Passionate and willing to learn more with a growth attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • High standard of accuracy with attention to detail and ability to spot trends and patterns
  • Well organised, able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

Role: Analysing data + insights to reflect and review past and present performance, predict future performance, and build strategies around this to add value to and improve business. Day to day responsibilities vary on the work I'm doing and certain deadlines/ events that are on, however I work through juggling meetings with my team and other internal stakeholders, working on projects independently, checking in with my manager, setting aside time to upskill through training courses (very useful as I use a lot of software/ technical skills and am still early in my career).
