2021/2022 Summer Internship (Oct 2021)

You'll be challenged with real business problems and receive guidance from senior leaders – Our summer internship will test your skills and leave you with valuable experience for your final year of university.  

The Program

Over ten weeks between November 2021 and February 2022, you'll be placed in sales, marketing, supply or one of our support functions to work on real business projects, engage with senior leaders and support your team with day-to-day operations. You'll complete your program by delivering a final presentation to senior leaders in your function, providing you with invaluable feedback and learnings to further develop yourself.  

Highlights of our program include: 

• Real business experience and exposure to how a leading business is run 
• Working on real projects aligned to strategic business priorities 
• Exposure and mentorship from senior leaders across the business
• Development of your technical skills which could include project management, design thinking and agile ways of working

About You

You are always looking for the next challenge and revel in leadership and teamwork alike. You are inquisitive and aim to Be. You will always question the norm in favour of new and exciting innovations. You are seeking an opportunity in an agile and ever shifting workplace and are looking forward to testing your capability within our organisation.

A successful candidate for this role will:  

• Be in their penultimate year at university 
• Have less than two years of full-time work experience 
• Be an Australian/NZ citizen or Australian permanent resident  
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
