As an Asahi Management Graduate, you will embark on a fun and varied 10-month program across our business. We aim to unlock your full potential, allowing you to continue your journey of development. You will have the ability to deep dive into some of our core functions to learn about how parts of our business come together to produce and sell some of Australia’s most iconic brands, delighting our customers and consumers every day.
You will spend time shadowing leaders, managing projects, and learning the essentials of each function, whilst having a tangible impact on our business. The program culminates in a three-month capstone project, led by you, and aligned to our strategic priorities, followed by a presentation of your recommendations back to the Asahi leadership team.

We encourage you to research our management trainee programs to identify which stream best suits your skills, experiences, and interests as we are only able to progress you through one assessment process.

Currently just finished the graduate program and put into a role as a team leader with the following responsibilities; - Manager operators and shift trades - Enter things into SAP - Close orders - Escalate and troubleshoot problems
We have done rotations through-out the year, so what I have done changes on a month to month basis.
