This role is part of Human Resources.
Our HR Global Graduate Programme is an 18-month fast-track development programme for driven, passionate and ambitious graduates. It is specifically geared for high-potential individuals and provides a foundation for your functional, leadership and business development, preparing you at the end of the 18 months to be assigned your first entry-level management role.
You will be immersed in stretch projects that will challenge and excite you during structured rotations and accelerated career pathways.
Reports to: Area HR & Inclusion Director – South East Asia
What you will be accountable for
- Build a strong business understanding through various role rotations within Human Resources – Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Global Shared Services Centre, Payroll.
- Work alongside our People Experience Partners to build robust understanding and experience in HR systems and processes including Reward, Talent and Employee Admin cycle activities.
- Exposure to Centre of Excellence – Reward, Global Mobility to equip with the skills required to work in a global HR business.
- You will be assigned on a strategic stretch project from time to time where you will collaborate with the team to deliver results for their relevant sub-function.
- Proactively drive your development plan through on the job, coaching and mentoring sessions, formal and online training.

Crucial Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related disciplinary field with a strong academic transcript.
- Final year students, fresh graduates, and professionals of up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Possess leadership potential proven through extra-curricular activities or work experience.
- Hold full working rights in Australia.
Remuneration and Benefits
You will receive a competitive remuneration package of AUD 80,000 – AUD 85,000 + super + excellent benefits + market leading bonus.
