The Role

Provide exceptional customer service and logistics support to the Branch Farm Supplies team including:

• assisting in the storage, handling, receiving and dispatching of stock;
• performing farm supplies logistics support;
• administrative and processing support;
• assisting with counter sales and handling client queries;
• assisting with stock inventories and displays.

Reporting to the Farm Supplies Manager, this role will work as part of the Esperance team, rolling up the sleeves of your pink shirt to contribute to the successful achievement of Branch performance.

The Person

• Passion for agriculture is essential;
• Sound computer literacy;
• Ability to juggle multiple demands while keeping calm under pressure;
• Demonstrated high-quality written and verbal communication and customer service skills;
• Forklift and HR drivers license would be advantageous.
