The Thomas Elder Institute has been established by Elders to increase our involvement in R&D and capability development activities for the benefit of the Australian agricultural industries. The graduate agronomy program will be managed through the institute utilising training and development opportunities both within the Elders network and through our supplier partners and extensive industry relationships.
We are seeking graduates wanting to pursue a career in agronomy to take part in a two-year tailored program designed to provide you with the opportunity to learn through working in the field with our experts. The program offers the opportunity to work in multiple locations, gain exposure and increase your knowledge in various cropping segments across Australia.
You will be supported by our experienced agronomists and technical staff to develop the skills to provide growers with the latest in agricultural technology through a diverse range of crop protection products, seed, fertiliser and plant nutrition services through the provision of cutting-edge agronomic advice.
