The training curriculum covers Introduction to Training and Industry Fundamentals, Rosemount Measurement product training, including pressure, DP-Level, DP-Flow, and temperature products, and order entry using Oracle and CRM.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To review the configuration datasheets and validate them against customer requirements.
  • To perform automated sizing for the selection of the accurate unit.
  • To analyze customer requirements, provide recommended product features, and build models.
  • To evaluate individual instrument specifications and requirements and select appropriate model codes and service offerings.
  • To validate the model number in the business system or tools (Toolkit), such as code requirements, special requirements, and assembly codes.
  • To provide product lead times based on system data.
  • To check and extract customer-specific information from business systems.

You have excellent analytical skills and can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports. For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related courses.
  • Experience in quote generation work and order screening tasks.
  • Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
  • Proficiency in English communication skills.
