Our award winning 12-month Graduate Program is focused on preparing future leaders, technical specialists, and industry experts of Fujitsu. At the start of the Graduate Program, you will be assigned a buddy from our Graduate Alumni Community to provide additional support and act as a sounding board for any questions.  What will you be doing?

You will have a unique opportunity to gain experience and exposure across many aspects of Fujitsu business. As part of your role, you will undergo an exciting rotation across our Industry Sales team and our Customer Success Management (CSM) team. Throughout the program, you will partake and contribute across our core industry teams, including Public Safety, Public Sector, Retail, Defence, Health or Commercial. You will also gain exposure to Consulting, Sales and Customer Services Management.

We are looking for a Graduate who holds a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or any other Business or IT related studies. Graduates in this particular role will be able to work in a hybrid environment if preferred, however must have the ability to attend their local Fujitsu office as required. Other relevant skills for this role include:

• Online Assessment: 17 – 23 September 2024
• Panel Interviews: 3 – 11 October 2024
• Final Interviews: 14 – 25 October 2024

Recruitment Process

• Step One: Online Application 
  This is an opportunity to stand out and detail who you are, your studies, skills, and experiences. To avoid delays, don’t leave your application until the last minute!
• Step Two: Aptitude Testing 
  You will be required to complete a timed online aptitude test which is used to measure mental reasoning ability.
• Step Three: Panel Interview
  Successful applicants will be invited to attend a panel interview where you will meet with a diverse group from Fujitsu. A great opportunity to ask any questions and find out about their experiences.
• Step Four: Final Interview
  You will meet with hiring managers for your graduate role. The purpose of this meeting is to get to know you better, we encourage you to share your education, relevant experience and interest in role and Fujitsu.
