My contract states 40hours and above, but generally I work 60 hours a week. There are not enough hours in the day to fulfil the requirements of being onsite and then completing paper work in the office. It would helpful to have the opportunity to work from home on the paper work to avoid distractions in the office. It would also be helpful to have an IT person that knows what apps can be useful per department and be able to teach/ video on how to use app so administrative tasks can be done onsite. It would be useful to have time to work on graduate programme tasks.

I works very long hours from Monday to Saturday. As I am an engineer time is flexible and I find time during the day to run errands which is perfect as nothing is open at 5am or 7pm when I am not working.

My jobsite is far away from the office and I am expected to complete my office work either in the back of my work vehicle (not exactly an environment that oozes focus), my own home, or to drive back to the office to complete work there, meaning pushing through traffic. I would appreciate having a portacom on site to work in.

in my view, company tires to reduce the working hours which extremely difficult for road workers. we have limited working hours for sure.
no one really wants to work long hours but we do long hours if it necessary.
I have a family issue, so I can not work after 5pm. the company accepted my condition and I never have problem with this matter.

My salary is 40 hours a week, but we are all working above that, it is time we are never going to get back. Would be cool to be able to leave after you have completed your 8 hours a day, or just have us working 4 x 10 hour days a week.
