The freedom that you get can be a downside if you are not willing to forge your own path. Be honest with yourself. If you are not the type of person to put yourself out of your comfort zone, you may find yourself bored in HPE, however if you can push the boundaries and are outgoing enough to take on responsibilities that are required, your career will thrive.
