We're hiring across six core disciplines/streams:

  • Civil Engineering
  • Sustainability & Environmental Engineering
  • Services Engineering (Electrical & Mechanical Engineering)
  • Construction Management
  • Commercial Management
  • Planning & Project Controls.

At the end of the programme, all Interns will be given priority consideration to join the Laing O'Rourke Graduate Development Programme commencing January 2023.

About the Internship Programme

Laing O'Rourke's award winning Internship Programme combines practical on-the-job experience with technical learning, professional development and support by experienced and industry leading professionals.

You will have access to a diverse range of opportunities including on-the-job experience, supervision and feedback, weekly training programme, group work, one-on-one coaching and formal goal setting and performance review with your line manager.
