Our Research & Development Leadership Experience is a two year, accelerated development program designed to set you up for success on your path to becoming a future leader at Mars. You will develop across two assignments within the R&D function, which are real roles, delivering real results for Mars.

Working at our Mars Petcare site in Wodonga, VIC where our teams develop the likes of Whiskas, Optimum, and Pedigree, you will join our Research and Development team and have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of roles across Packaging, Quality and Food Safety, and Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Manage product innovation projects along with implementation of continuous improvement activities, into our factories and markets.
• Packaging Development: Manage packaging innovation projects along with implementation of continuous improvement activities, into our factories and markets.
• Process Development: Manage process innovation projects along with implementation of continuous improvement activities, into our factories and markets.
• Quality & Food Safety: Manage implementation and improvement of Quality & Food Safety standards along with driving quality initiatives to protect our consumers, brands and business.
