2022 Graduate Program – People & Culture null

Our program commences in February 2022 and you'll complete a rotational program designed to give you broad experience, introducing you to all aspects of life at one of Australia's largest and most successful financial institutions.

Our program offers:

• Opportunities to get involved in enterprise-wide projects, initiatives and resource groups.

• Ongoing coaching, mentoring and exposure to senior leaders.

• Support to find a permanent role in your chosen field upon completion of the program.

The People & Culture Team

The People & Culture Team supports NAB by developing and managing NAB's people activities and services, helping to shape a workplace and culture which inspires people to be the best they can be. We are future-focused and are looking for the same in our Graduates.

As part of People & Culture you will:

• Support employees with HR policy advice
• Engage in a world-class HR function
• Work across major People & Culture projects
• Contribute to research, strategy and initiatives across the People & Culture portfolio
• Build engagement with existing employees
• Shadow senior leaders
• Participate in workshops, training and Town Halls.
