What you'll do

As well as completing the industrial training component of your degree, you will be working on real projects with real responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to develop to your full potential and beyond, alongside owners of the business whilst experiencing the variety and diversity of consulting engineering, alongside owners of our business.

Through this experience you will learn to do the following:

• Conduct detailed investigations of existing structures.
• Under the guidance of Senior Engineers you will help develop innovative remediation and repair strategies.
• Carry out site investigations and feasibility studies. Carry out assessments and investigations of building defects and structural issues
• Work on multi-disciplinary design projects liaising with Civil, Sustainability and Building Services teams.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders including architects, developers, commercial builders and local/state government bodies.

Who can apply?

To be eligible to apply, you must be in your penultimate or final year of study. 

The program starts from November 2024 onwards, and you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident of Australia, or New Zealand Citizen.
