My day-to-day responsibilities are limited to my skill level, but I enjoy the work that I do. I have enough to keep me busy, but not too much that I'm overloaded.

The work culture is fantastic. The work is interesting, and the people are really supportive. The work-life balance is amazing. I love sharing that I work at this company, and I'm proud to be here.
Company culture, interesting work, job perks, clear career advancement pathways, study assistance.
The people are really great - such a young vibrant environment.
Socialising is easy and I really enjoy working at my company.
It's extremely flexible, my schedule is what I want it to be. I'm also strongly encouraged to have a good work-life balance.
The pay isn't as competitive as other companies. I'm earning almost half the amount as my peers doing similar work.
Non-standardised experience/remuneration.
There has been inconsistent work and for a while not much to do and I wasn't learning as much as I'd have liked.
It's quite an ambiguous career progression post-rolling off the grad program.
The pay isn't very competitive compared to the market.
