About the Role
The Finance Graduate is an entry-level position within the corporate controlling team, which will allow you to practice your education and skills to work on exciting projects. You will have opportunities to develop essential and solid skills such as labour/production costings, data analysis and financial modelling, and also to assist the team in the preparation of its key deliverables. As a Finance Graduate, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:
- Assist with and support other team members in the completion of month-end tasks, budget, forecast and plan;
- Administration of the labour and material costing process including metrics and improvements;
- Perform processing of financial-related tasks within RDA’s financial systems including maintaining master data;
- Perform basic analysis on variances to planning and forecast projections;
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial models and internal reporting to provide reliable and useful information;
- Support continuous improvements within the Finance team, including identifying ways to leverage the systems better, improving the speed and automation of financial data capture, reconciliation, reporting and analysis; and
- Assist in preparing internal and external reports as required by the business.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce or related disciplines;
- Commercially minded with financial and analytical skills;
- Intermediate to Advance MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Good stakeholder management and communication (written and verbal) skills;
- High level of enthusiasm to learn and take on new tasks and challenges;
- A desire to complete a CA or CPA qualification (desirable); and
- SAP S4 HANA and BI experiences (desirable).
