About the role

  • Offering a base salary of $80,688 per annum (plus super of 11.5% = $89,967 total package), plus many other employee benefits! 
  • Career growth and extensive learning opportunities available in this hands on Human Resource role!
  • Working across the People team this role provides support to various functions in relation to a range of Human Resource matters. 
  • Our graduate program will provide the opportunity to undertake a variety of HR projects and duties, commensurate with your personal knowledge and skills, and see you rotate through different areas of the broader team as part of the program. 
  • You will gain valuable knowledge, skills and practical experience in relation to an in-house People function. 

A TasNetworks graduate program is not a generic graduate program – we recruit for your specific skillset and focus on tailoring our program around you!

About you

To be successful in this role and become part of our graduate program, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources (having graduated or graduating in 2023-2025) and a current drivers license.

You will have sound computer skills with an adaptable, personable approach to supporting the broader People team. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, whilst prioritising tasks and using initiative.
