There has been a real focus lately on recycling correctly and taking on more carbon capture projects.

Yes, we try our best to reduce the Environmental impact. For example, we reduce the amount of spares that may go to waste we calculate it and estimate it better.

There has been no significant impact on reducing single use products in the office. Policy like no single use coffee cups or plastic can be implemented. Electronic recycling- not sure if this is implemented or not
