THE ROLE  

By commencing your role in the field and experiencing where the core of civil construction delivery happens, you can see a project come to life.

Our graduate & undergraduate programs have been developed to provide students and university graduates with the opportunity to gain a unique industry experience, whilst developing essential, practical and interpersonal skills. The core of our business operations is located out in the field, so that’s where you will learn the most about the industry and how it all works.

Civil construction is a dynamic industry, so our graduate program has been designed to be flexible enough to keep pace with project needs.

The 3 phases you will undertake are fluid and designed to quickly respond to the needs of the project all whilst ensuring that you are provided with experience across the total civil construction process with opportunities in residential, medium density, surveying and digital engineering, utilities and major infrastructure projects.

We are interested to hear from Graduates and Undergraduates across the following disciplines:

• Civil Engineering
• Construction Management
• Environmental / Sustainability
• Surveying / Geospatial Sciences
• Health & Safety

ABOUT YOU

• Tertiary qualifications in progress or commenced.
• Some exposure to a construction environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
• Have a willingness and enthusiasm to learn all aspects of our business.
• Be outcomes-focused and possess the ability to plan and keep well organised.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
• Being flexible and dynamic is something that inspires you.
