I think base salary is quite generous for a graduate position. I haven't experienced our yearly bonuses cycle but bonuses will reflect companies performance over the year.

Occasional free work dinners, free snacks during work, weekly work sport gatherings, lots of small sub-groups to discuss interests. Free breakfasts on Mondays.
