CPB Contractors designs and builds infrastructure across all key sectors, including roads, rail, tunnelling and defence.

The graduate program focuses on developing our future leaders, and provides graduates with on-the-job training, structured learning plans, leadership mentoring, and exposure to a global business.

The graduate program exposes graduates to world-class projects across a range of industries – including some of Australasia's most significant construction operations with CPB Contractors.

Over the two-year program, graduates will undertake two 12-month rotations, with placements in various roles, projects or operating companies within the Group.
