McGrathNicol actively reviews recruitment, performance, and reward processes for any unconscious gender bias. We are a strong advocate for diversity within our Undergraduate and Graduate Programs, partnering with a number of student societies and industry bodies to promote a career in advisory and restructuring to a wide range of students from all walks of life.
